Daniel Kelly (born 1947, Idaho Falls, Idaho) is an American artist based in Kyoto, Japan. Works primarily consist of original paintings and prints. Paintings usually begin with three-dimensional collage making incorporating materials that can be found in Japan such as tatami and bamboo mats.
